We stayed in a deluxe king-size room, which was upgraded to the top floor on the 9th floor for free on site, overlooking the entire Shangri-La city. Hehua is our guest experience ambassador. After adding each other on WeChat, you can ask her any questions and help on WeChat. The service is very thoughtful and considerate. The decoration of the hotel is very distinctive, and every shot is a blockbuster. The breakfast is super good, with many choices and good taste. The location is also very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Dukezong Ancient Town and more than 10 minutes to get to Songzanlin Temple. It is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a shared 24-hour oxygen bar in the lobby downstairs, which seems to be of little use. It would be better if there was an independent oxygen supply in the room.
In general, the stay experience is very good. Next time I travel to Shangri-La, I will give priority to Shangri-La Hotel:)

香格里拉老牌五星酒店，保養得還不錯，公區有很多打卡點，但是酒店提供的供氧區，跟着導航走遍一樓都沒有找到，最讓人詫異的是早餐，居然食材不新鮮，並且選擇很少，口味也不行，除了早餐廳環境，以為是漢庭酒店的早餐，和前一天住的英迪格酒店早餐呈鮮明對比，接送機包含高鐵站接送很驚喜，大堂服務優於餐廳服務！

The hotel is definitely an international hotel. I have stayed in Shangri-La hotels in so many countries. This time I came to Shangri-La and must stay in Shangri-La Hotel to experience it. The room is basically standard, the toilet has no heating, the weather is too cold in winter, and it feels cold to take a shower and go to the toilet. The hotel is definitely ******* style, a good experience and there are free bicycles to use. The breakfast is also worth it as always in other chain hotels. This is definitely the cheapest Shangri-La hotel I have stayed in. I feel that there are not enough waiters. My driver brother helped us to bring the suitcases into the hotel. There is no reception for guests to provide welcome drinks or the like. I don’t know if the room minibar is broken or locked. Anyway, it can’t be opened there. There is no waiter to collect the empty breakfast plate. There are not many customers, but the service can be improved. But think about it, I just gave this price, so that’s it, there is no choice.
